INDIANAPOLIS – With wildfire smoke spreading across the U.S. and Canada, Carrier is rolling out a proactive indoor air quality initiative to help homes and businesses stay safe. The HVAC leader is encouraging property owners to use high-performance filters, seal openings, and add portable HEPA purifiers to combat harmful smoke particles.
“Wildfire smoke doesn’t stop at the door,” said Nick Arch, Vice President and General Manager of Residential Solutions. “Our goal is to keep indoor spaces healthier when outdoor conditions worsen.”
Carrier’s offerings include advanced filtration and purification systems. Reinforcing its commitment to the community, the company has donated $2.5 million in air purifiers to schools and essential workers in Los Angeles.
